If you need our help with your DTF design or just want us to check it for any potential problems - we can help.
When you are on a DTF transfer product page, just select YES under the "Help From Designer" option.
After clicking the "Help From Designer" button, you can upload your design and give us any notes, questions, or other details about your artwork.
As soon as one of our designers has looked at your file, they will let you know if there any problems or potential quality issues.
If the artwork looks good to print, we will let you know it is approved and put it into production.
If your DTF design needs any changes, the "Help From Designer" fee covers up to 30 minutes of assistance.
Multiple changes and proofs could incur more charges.
*The "Help From Designer" fee is non-refundable, even if an order is not placed or is cancelled.
